In accordance with Illinois General Assembly Public Act 91-0525, Glenbard Township High School District 87 has implemented an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program. Part of this program requires that schools provide notification at least two (2) business days prior to the application of chemical pesticides inside school buildings. District 87 does not apply pesticides on a regular basis, and it is the intent of this program to limit the amount and frequency of pesticide use in our school facilities. However, as needed, the building Assistant Principal for Operations (APO) or designee will contact DuPage Pest Control for pest control services. DuPage Pest Control will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, apply one of the following pesticides: CB-80, Contrac, Optigard Gel, Tempo Dust, and Temprid FX. Please note that, at this time, DuPage Pest Control has been contacted to service Glenbard East for pest control.
