1. CAFETERIA SERVICE – There will be limited food service on exam days. The Bridge will be open for breakfast and snacks each morning before the first exam.  The cafeteria staff will have a limited menu during each period for students studying in the cafeteria.

2. BUS ARRIVALS – There will be regular bus service on all exam days.

4. EXAM MAKE-UP – Students who have an excused absence from an exam should make arrangements with their teacher to make up the exam during the Day 3 make-up session. Students may also arrange with teachers to make up exams during Resource Periods.

5. TECHNOLOGY CENTER OF DUPAGE – The last day of student attendance for TCD will be Thursday, May 16th for Seniors and Tuesday, May 28th for Juniors.

6. QUIET STUDY AREAS – The student cafeteria will be available for those students who wish to study and/or prepare for upcoming final exams when they have a free period. All Physical Education and Driver Education classes WILL MEET ON EXAM DAYS. There are to be no students in the halls without a pass during the exam periods. All students are to remain in their classes during the entire period.

7. RESCHEDULED EXAMS – Students who feel they have a heavy load of exams on Day 1 or Day 2, may elect to change or move one of their exams during the Rescheduled/Makeup time slot on Day 3. Students who wish to reschedule an exam must do so one week before the final.

8. SCHOOL CODE – School Code requires that Districts schedule a minimum of 300-minutes of instruction and student support during the last day of each academic semester. Passing periods do not count toward the 300-minute requirement.

9. SEMESTER GRADUATES – Thursday, May 16, 2019 will be the final day for graduating seniors to attend class. Friday, May 17, 2019 will be the last day of senior attendance. All final exams for graduating seniors should take place prior to Friday, May 17, 2019.
