SUPPORT PROGRAMS

STRIVE in the Learning Commons (Room 251)

STRIVE (Success Through Reaching IndiVidual Expectations) is a homework help program that runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:55-7:25 a.m. and 2:45-3:45 p.m. Teachers are available to help students with homework, projects and studying.

Science STRIVE (Room 100)
Due to labs and the need for various equipment, those who need help with Science should report to Science STRIVE in Room 100 Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after school from 2:45-3:45.

Study Hall Resource (various department resource rooms)
Students that are in a study hall and failing a class will be assigned to a teacher so they may receive the support needed in the content area where they may be struggling.

Test Makeup Center (Room 320)
The Test Make-Up Center is located in room 320 and is open before, during and after school. Take advantage of test retakes and make up testing. See your teacher for more information.

Summer School
Glenbard East offers courses on campus during the summer months. This is a great opportunity for students to receive additional support and sharpen academic skills that are essential for a successful high school career. Please contact Dean Gonzalez for more information.
